BBQ Pope

Toronto Garage Psych Punk

Support our Debut LP and Tour Campaign!

In April 2017, we launched an Indie Go Go campaign aimed at raising $3000 for us to record our Debut LP and go on Tour!

https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/bbq-pope-debut-album-tour-campaign-music#/

We've been planning this Album for almost a year now and have built up enough songs to make it a great LP. We will be recording the album in May, with producer Brandon Bak (Possum) at a sweet lil' studio out in Scarborough! The album will feature old songs such as: Cartoon Moon & Blank Screen. The hits: All My Friends Smoke Cigarettes & Welcome to My Hell, as well as some brand new ones! We are going to be recording to Tape, which means we will get a very full and raw sounding set of songs that will sound awesome. We are super excited to be able to do this, and we hope that you support us!

From July 3rd - 9th, we will be embarking on an Ontario and Quebec tour in support of the album. We will be going through: Hamilton, Toronto, London, Peterborough, Ottawa and Montreal! Our friends The A-Listers, a Toronto based feely-blues punk band, will be joining us for the trip too. We will have CD's of the album, Download Cards, T-Shirts, Stickers, Buttons and Patches for people to pick up at shows.

Please check out our Indie Go Go campaign, Support it if you can, Share it and help us out! Thank you so much :) <3

We're playing wt. No Parents!!!

We are super excited to say that on March 8th, we will be playing with Los Angeles based garage punks No Parents (Burger Records) at the Smiling Buddha! Joining us will be our Fried Records homies Ruthless Ones. No Parents have been a major influence on us as a band and in our song writing, it is a true honour to be sharing the stage with them!

The show is being put on by Fried Records, and will be ALL AGES!

No Parents will be coming through Toronto as part of their North American tour. We can't wait to be apart of this and we invite you to join us at the Smiling Buddha (961 College St.) on March 8th, 2017!
